Inspired by AstroPolski and his team of contributors Wurstball, itsjustTHUMBS, SparkleLover, Thee_JOMO, and LetMeEat****** This original team created the very first high-end ballistic chart for the GZW community. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and life circumstances, the team could no longer support the project. However, their pioneering efforts inspired our team to design and develop the first-ever INTERACTIVE BALLISTIC CHART FOR GZW. Without further ado...









The long-awaited GrayZoneWarfare.NET interactive ballistic chart is now LIVE! This tool helps you easily compare armor options, clearly demonstrating how different helmets and plate carriers withstand the wide variety of ammo types you'll encounter. Our goal is to provide straightforward insight into what gear can save your life in the Gray Zone.

Easily add new guns and ammo types or edit existing ones, including dispersion, velocity, trader details, and descriptions all in real-time. With our intuitive penetration submission system, updates are as simple as 1-2-3 (literally!).

We're recruiting enthusiasts to help manage and refine data. If you're passionate about ballistics and enjoy giving back, we'd love your help! Unfortunately, we did not receive early access, which means we're slightly behind schedule. However, we're quickly compiling data and releasing frequent updates. Your community support is invaluable as we continue building our dedicated Ballistics Team.

COMING IN v1.5

We were unable to implement all short rifle barrels for the initial launch, so current data reflects only the longest trader-sold barrels. Shorter barrel data will be available within the coming month.

What do we need to do to test? Just go into a PVP server and shoot each other with various ammo at various distances? I read somewhere that they allow, or will allow custom servers for events. I would assume this is for top tier contributors to Madfinger, which I hope we'd get that distinction.
 
Essentially, yeah, this is what we would need to do to test data. I’ll have to look into the custom server and see what I can dig up. That would definitely help.
