I've rolled Mithras each wipe. I don't know if the other factions are the same, but I've met the coolest people on that side. People are always willing to help. I know I've made a few loadouts for people, and I've also seen guys just come by and drop gear for new players. Is that just us, or is it like that for the other two factions too?
