To maintain the elite standards of the Special Activities Centre, all Mithras operators must adhere to these three core pillars:
- Primary Reality: Real life, family, and health always take precedence. We operate with a "zero-pressure" policy regarding availability.
- Tactical Maturity: We utilize a MilSim-Light approach. This means disciplined spacing, methodical movement, and clear, concise communication—prioritizing the team’s survival over individual kill counts.
- The Sovereign Atmosphere: We maintain a strictly mature, friendly, and ego-free environment. Toxic "sweatiness" is prohibited; we value character and psychological integrity as much as tactical skill.
