With Patch v0.3.0, many changes were made to the vendors. The same is true for the new Gunny Lv3. However, going with a custom build in this case can save you a lot of money. An impressive $2,453. The only thing you're losing is +8 Recoil Control and +6 Weapon Handling. That might sound like a lot, but when you compare the overall stats side by side, it's harder to justify the extra $2,453. That said, the M4A1+ remains the best overall weapon
