Fixed Faction/Squad Invitation Issues.

So when creating an event/mission im unable to invite the faction groups such as crimson/lamang/mithras. I don't know if this is a specific issue on my end or if it doesn't recognize users multiple factions.

This is as intended. Squads CAN NOT invite the official factions squads. However, when we start to run events. Event staff CAN invite Squads to join faction events.
