Battle Board Update:

* We've updated the map to 0.3. We will update to 0.4 when it becomes available.
* We also increased the Zoom from 6 to 8.

COP's have been added. You can now toggle COP's
Markers can now be dragged and renamed without having to delete and replace.
Zones can now be multi layered and clickable as well as renamed.
