You can upgrade to the Tactical, Elite, or Supporter Edition whenever you want.
To unlock the Supporter Edition, you’ll need to own both the Tactical and Elite Editions first.
If you prefer, you can grab the Supporter Bundle, which includes all DLCs. Already own Tactical and Elite? You’ll only pay the difference to complete the set.
